HELLO HELLO!
My name is Alexia Cantore and I am a Graphic Design student, typography nerd, art collector, and letterpress enthusiast. I am currently working towards achieving a Honours Bachelor Degree of Design majoring in Graphic Design at OCAD University in Toronto, Ontario. I am a Freelance Designer and active student member of the RGD community.
As a child, I have always been drawn to creativity. I turned my love for creating into a passion for design. Currently, I am targeting my practice on branding, editorial design and motion graphics. I am working towards expanding my skills towards website coding and expanded animation.
I have grown and studied the world of design from the perspective of a visual communicator. Throughout my studies, I have developed a prestige eye for space and enhance my passion for creating into a dynamic skill set. I am constantly evolving as a creative thinker, driven by a passion for innovative design solutions that challenge the conventional. In a world filled with loud graphic noise, I strive to enhance refined, well-crafted designs that enhance problem solving differently. Through this, I create impactful experiences by connecting with people and space.
I am now striving to expand my skills and adapt what I have acquired to further myself as a designer. I am looking to work collaboratively with other creative members and work on projects that will improve and refine my craft. I am excited to continue to build my creative connections and thrive in the creative industry.
